At Goose Creek Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we cannot accept broken items for return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
